What Is A Balanced Mind?

Article Pic

DELORES WILTSE:
Fresh Spiritual Poetry

A balanced mind is a quiet mind,
Which knows it's connected to the divine kind.

A balanced mind does no mental labelling,
Enjoys the is-ness each moment is bringing.

A balanced mind has no judgments to share,
Realizing each one has their own journey to bear.

A balanced mind knows there's many levels of understanding,
As our consciousness grows, we are all expanding.

A balanced mind is an open mind,
Not closing doors to minds of a different kind.

A balanced mind is not attached to any form,
Be it thoughts, emotions, or objects; you will forlorn.

A balanced mind knows your inner wisdom,
Is creating a world full of a peaceful kingdom.

Article Pic Biography
Delores Wiltse understands that peace in the world all starts with the individual as we can't do globally what we can't do individually. She is a poet and author of a new poetry book on spiritual growth through awareness of ego, entitled A Door Is Opening. Her poetic expressions point us inward.

Gatherings with family and friends keep Delores grounded and connected to all that is. The things she does in her everyday life which create an inner sense of peace are being artistic in the kitchen with recipes old and new, being a part time gardener, and spending time with her grandchildren. Camping and fishing spark her creativity with poetry, new energy and a deep sense of peace.

"I love how each one of us, as souls, expresses our own uniqueness, creating and contributing to our new world."
