PATRICK RYAN: The life you are living today results from the seeds you planted yesterday and the seeds you plant today shape the life you will wake up in tomorrow.

Everyone of us is needed to show up and participate in this story that we are all creating together. That is the story of the unfolding Universe.

You are a very special piece of the puzzle of the wholeness of the Universe. You have an impact in every moment as each thought, word, and action you create travels out into the world. That is a beautiful idea because it shows you that you are a powerful force of creation.

As such then, you are contributing to the shape of the world. When you are struggling you represent us all as struggle is such a normal part of the experience. When you dream you dream on behalf of us all. The fact that we humans can dream, that is to say that we can imagine a future that is different then the life we are living today, is a very special gift. No other animal or being has this ability. This is a very important idea to notice.

As you dream of the things that you would love to do, or be, allow yourself to be moved by that dream. You are being called into service. Pay attention to what does stir you, to what calls you. It takes courage to allow yourself to have your dream and to then move your life forward towards it.

Remember that life will challenge you and the challenges are gifts that serve in shaping who you are becoming. Without life's challenges you would never have the opportunity to meet your Self. The challenges work on you the same way that exercise works on your muscles. You become stronger, more vibrant, toned and resourceful.

Remember though that the dream will not be the source of your happiness. That you must find within - now! The joy of life burns within you. All you have to do is to connect to it, to nurture it and to allow it to flare up into a flame that carries you forward. Now as you move towards your dream you bring your joy with you. This is a good way to move in the world.

Let your dreams be like the sun. Keep your face pointed towards the light Allow the wind of life to carry you. When it seems to blow against you, as if to challenge, then first appreciate it and thank it for being of service. Then shift your course so that the energy of the wind begins to support you.

The Universe is neither for you nor against you. It is simply meeting you according to how you are engaging with it. There is nothing to save yourself for. Today is the biggest day of your life simply because it is the day you are in. Go out and plant those seeds with joy and delight.
