It takes a willing spirit to see beneath the surface of all things and tremendous courage to uncover what we keep hidden from ourselves. Allowing ourselves to dig deeply requires trust and a personal agreement to surrender all we find, but I assure you it never means being dragged down. Instead exploring takes us to the best part of everything. Examining our personal depth takes us to the place that doesn't lie or cheat us, because it's there that we know who we truly are and what we need to move forward.  

Seeing beneath the surface provides perspective and heartfelt understanding of how others live their lives. Going deeply into ourselves allows us to leave the should's and the have to's behind, revealing exactly who we are and where we came from. Going deeper still give us permission to be who we came here to be - who we are truly meant to be. And only at this depth are we shown our own ultimate purpose and the potential for creating the life of our dreams. 

It's time to take in all the beauty we are on the surface and then look past what is being reflected, to the vastness of unexplored inner worlds.
