MARY GIUFFRE: A Christmas Day baby, I am accustomed to giving as well as receiving on my birthday:) The Feng SHe concept was a gift from the endless ALL-knowing Universal Energy.

So as I move into my 56th year and as we transition together into the uplifting Energy of a New Year, I would like to share these quiet yet powerfully creative words which infuse deep meaning into the energetic state that is the Feng SHe path to BEing.

Stillness
In this undisturbed and tranquil state of BEing we discover the silence where all creativity begins. Stillness takes us out of our minds and allows us to hear the clarity of vision our heart offers. In Stillness we find our Strength.

Strength
With strength we access the endless capacity for raising our vibration. Strength is our character, our stamina and the vital connection between cause and effect. In strength we find our sustenance and the source of encouragement. When we rely on this uplifting source unconditionally, we create whatever we truly desire. In Strength we find our Persistence.

Persistence
The energy of persistence allows us to continue, steadfast on our journey, regardless of opposition or difficulty. It is the tenacity that keeps us on our heartfelt purpose despite obstacles or interruptions. Our Persistence requires Integrity.

Integrity
Our personal moral and ethical principles are what maintain our state of wholeness. The undiminished honour and virtue of integrity keeps us true to ourselves and our inner knowing. Integrity requires that we be Receptive.

Receptivity
Receptivity is what allows us to understand and accept the gifts of others. It is our willingness to honour suggestions and impressions as well as respond to new ideas with openness and gratitude. Receptivity allows us to be Joyful.

Joy
The emotion of great delight, joy is the deep feeling of happiness and contentment. It is the bliss that radiates from our ALL-knowing source, which allows lower vibrations to flow through us, without lingering or lasting despair. Joy sets Synchronistic events in motion.

Synchronicity
Similar or identical events do not occur by chance, but by synchronicity. When all appropriate energies are in alignment, what once appeared to be coincidental becomes the fertile field for the manifestation of our dreams. Synchronicity encourages us to go Deeper.

Depth
The intensity of passion, desire, feeling and faith present in our lives is the depth by which consciousness measures and manifests our reality. When wisdom and insight come from the core of our being, all thought is filtered through our heart so our creations cannot be less than Divine. Depth takes us straight to the Heart.

Heart
The centre of our intuition, feeling and emotion, our heart is the hub of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Balanced heart energy influences behaviour, and provides good judgment to our mind. Balanced heart and mind energies in tandem create an integrated and harmonious world, which flows to the rhythm of loving energy.
