ANNA-MARIE GIUFFRE-HEITZNER: Poetic Inspiration
Faces in the wind float gently by. Hundreds of them- some with no expression But most wearing a look identifying the emotion they evoke buried inside Faces from the past and present and perhaps from the future sail by, Some precious ones linger and many more fly past blinking and nodding hello andau revoir Others return a time or two for they too need to be remembered Many are forgotten in an instant. But most carry a memory of events, circumstances and emotion As they blow kisses through the breeze into the flowers and onto the treetops then through the clouds.
