We have been taught to think of these two aspects of ourselves as separate in function and purpose. We have even allowed ourselves to believe that the more able we are to switch fully into either heart or head, the more successful we will be. We've learned that there is a time and place for everything; a time to be emotional and sensitive, and a time to be cool headed and logical.
But times are changing and that means a change in strategy. It's time to collapse the bridge that separates heart from mind and bring them into one integrated space. Only by allowing our minds and hearts to work together in harmony at all times will we experience a sacred life.
Getting Grounded
A sacred life is determined by our ability to live through all situations with an awakened compassionate heart in mindful, radiant awareness, not only with each other but also with earth, with life force energy, and with our God.
We are, generally speaking, very linear beings. We engage with life in relative terms, up and down, behind and in front, inside and outside, past and future, physical and non-physical. But our linear understanding represents only one paradigm of reality and it is limiting in it's potential.
To live a sacred life we need to think holistically, with our eye on the all encompassing 'One' expression of ourselves. For example we are body, mind and soul all at 'one-ce'. We are physical, emotional, mental and spiritual all at once. We bring all of these aspects to the table everywhere we go in everything we do. In sickness and in health, for richer and for poorer and only in death do we temporarily part. We are in fact an outstanding alchemical manifestation of heaven and earth animated by spirit.
When we ground we connect to the heartbeat of life, the sacred pulse that emanates through all expressions of life on earth. When we are truly connected we are stable, and secure in our whole being. Our thoughts become rational, clear and focused, our heart pounds out a steady calm rhythm, and our actions generate growth. When we are grounded we are obligated to think, work, love, and live for the highest good of all humanity.
Conversely, when we are ungrounded we are weak, vulnerable and are swayed easily off our course. When we are ungrounded we fear the power of darkness, sickness and imminent failure. When we are ungrounded we make irrational decisions, destructive choices and focus on our own survival. The illusion of course being that there is a possible chance of survival without taking care of the well-being of the greater whole.
Connecting the Sacred Circuit
There has been much said in the past 2 decades about the Sacred Circuit. The sacred circuit (sun--> earth--> heart--> brain--> cells) is a naturally flowing cycle of energy that keeps us in tune with the earth. (See Gregg Braden
/Shift of the Ages for further explanations) We have been learning how to balance our minds and our hearts through our experiences with relationships. Through the various relationships we create with all other living organisms we learn to manage our emotions and our thoughts and thus our energy fields. When we experience fear, criticism, judgment, and anger our frequency decreases and we step out of the sacred circuit.
As the magnetic relationship of our earth in our solar system lessens, the frequency of earth increases. The earth's heartbeat is an electromagnetic pulsing known as the Base Resonant Frequency and has historically registered at 7.3 Hz. By 1996 this frequency had reached 9.0 Hz and it is predicted that as the magnetic pull on the earth continues to decrease, as we move out to the furthest reaches of our solar system to zero magnetic field, we can expect the BRF to increase to 13hz. In order to stay grounded with earth's new higher frequencies we need to stay mindful that our thoughts and emotions stay calibrated to the highest frequencies possible. Maintaining positive outlooks, benevolent thoughts, constructive actions will keep us in a highly attuned, entrained relationship with our earth and solar system. Creating and cultivating strong, openhearted, intelligent, respectful and compassionate relationships with our fellow human beings and all other expressions of life will keep us strongly engaged in the sacred circuit.
Our success in life in the coming years, as we entrain more fully with the energies of the Aquarian Age
will depend entirely on how well we create a seamless flow of understanding of heart flowing through mind and visa versa. Our transition into an awakened era will be determined by our ability to relate to the sacred within us all.
